Attention all Randolph County Veterans!! We need your help. The county is moving the Veterans Service Offices to a tiny room upstairs near the health department to take the present office over for a Covid testing site. A Covid test center is only needed in the short term, but we need a good vso to serve our veterans forever

This moves means the veterans will lose the vocational rehab center as there is no room for one in the new location. They will lose the privacy they need when talking to the VSO about their medical concerns. They will lose the easy handicap accessibility afforded at the current office.

This is not ok. Our vets deserve better!

The veterans of Randolph County need an office that can offer privacy, services, and the help they deserve. The new office will severely limit what services are available to our veterans. The men and women who served in the Armed Forces of the United States are heroes, one and all. To move this office is an egregious failing on the part of our county officials.
