Get more cameras at Randolph College

The appalling lack of cameras at Randolph College makes me feel unsafe on campus. I do not feel like I can do anything or go anywhere on campus. There are less than 20 cameras spanning the whole of Randolph College that are located in places of little importance to residents whose safety need be ensured.
I can be sure that there are very few cameras due to the coveted honor code. However, the honor code is failing miserably in keeping students safe from wrongdoings of other students. Several students had their rooms infiltrated and were missing important items of moneterial value. I myself had personal electronics stolen right under my nose. The honor code would only work if men were angels, but unfortunately, it has become clear that not every student at Randolph College is honorable.
Several students, including myself, have expressed the want to leave Randolph for another school based on the fact that we don’t feel safe or protected by the lack of security and laughable means of surveillance. In a perfect world, the honor code would be great, but it simply does not work at Randolph College, at least not anymore.
