Hello fellow roadrunners or any Faculty or staff that are reading this. Ever since Covid-19 hit the United States, our workplaces, favorite restaurants, and most importantly our education hasn’t been the same. In my opinion, I feel Ramapo college faculty had used the pandemic to sit back relax and just continue to make more money and pushed their students to the wayside. Although virtually every other college and public school made the switch to online learning, the professors or teachers continued to do their best with providing their students with a fulfilling education. However, this was not the case with Ramapo. The first semester when they switched to online learning, I suffered greatly in my courses and instead of reaching out to better my situation they took my financial aid away so I would have to pay full price to sit at my own desk at home and see my professors lay on their beds  and read off of a PowerPoint that they didn’t even make, the textbook company did. This past semester was even worse, none of my professors beside the one who had an in person class, had no clue what was happening with any of their courses they taught which brought a lot of confusion and frustration on many students like myself who need to work in order to pay for their education and can’t constantly refresh canvas to ensure all the work is done in courses. I am deeply disappointed in ramapo college charging their students full tuition for a lackluster education and thinking that This is normal.
