Refund runner entry fees for the 12/3/2011 Hot Chocolate 5k/15k in DC

Ram Racing took $45 & $65 race entry fees from 22,000 people for a product there was no way they could ever deliver. They attempted to put on a road race for 22,000 in an area that clearly could not accommodate that amount of people. There were many consequences to the participants as a result: extra long queues at packet pick up, race morning traffic that left thousands stranded unable to do the race, an hour + long delay to the start in near freezing temperatures & an unsafe running course that left many runners injured. To top it all off the race directors lied about the cause of the delays stating there was a traffic accident when none was reported in that area at the time of the race. Participants have complained on the Ram Racing Facebook page only to have their posts removed by the administrator. This company must be stopped for their unethical practices and refund all money that participants paid for the event that were not otherwise given to charities
