Its time to change our constitution rules and laws against those who rape women, they don't deserve human rights protection, they don't deserve a second chance, stop being lenient to them and please start taking strict action against them, enough of life time imprisonment, they don't deserve that kind of simple punishments .It's high time that they should feel it is a punishment instead of feeling that they are going to a holiday home or resort, i am sorry to use these words but i think the correct punishment for them would be surgically removing their genitals and let them serve time in prison. 13 year old raped a 9 year old what kind of world are we really living in ? No one is scared of life time imprisonment they should be scared that should be the whole point of punishment.
