Changed Man Seeks Second Chance!

Changed Man Seeks Second Chance!
My original sentence was 98 years. I fought and got it reduced to a total of 42 years to serve. The 2004 robbery was a lapse in judgement caused by substance abuse, but I'm glad none of the victims were hurt. I've been drug free for nearly 18 years. I've read over 10,000 books, and I'm ready to help rebuild the community that I once played a part in destroying. This is Benjamin L Stith-EL and I'm asking you to help me earn clemency from the Virginia Governor by signing the petition.
In accordance with Article 1, Section 12 of the Constitution of Virginia, We the people exercise our right to petition the Governor of Virginia, The Honorable Ralph S Northam pursuant to powers and authority given to him under Article V, Section 12 of the Virginia Constitution and Virginia Code 53.1-229 et seq...to grant a second chance and executive clemency to incarcerated citizen, Benjamin L Stith-EL, inmate #1024072.
We declare that Mr. Stith-EL has been subject to an excessive sentence and he has been punished adequately for his criminal offences. We declare that Mr. Stith-EL has been a model prisoner during his imprisonment and we believe that he has been fully rehabilitated by all of his employment, educational, vocational, and religious accomplishments. Finally, we declare that his release on conditional pardon does not pose any danger or threat to the safety of our community, and we welcome him to return as a productive citizen and a mentor to our youth.
Our signatures to this petition are true and correct in attesting to the request for Executive Clemency to be grated to Benjamin L Stith-EL.
