Why can't tattoo shops be essential? Talk about stress relief. All the people still deemed essential would enjoy the therapeutic endorphin rush from investing into a unique piece of art. One that will last a life time. 

Most small shops don't even have room for 10 people with seperate work areas to stay socially distanced. Tattoo shops are we'll ahead of the curve when it comes to preventing the transmission of diseases and maintaining a sterile environment. 

Plus this will support small businesses. Allow them to upkeep their utility payments. Allow their employees to earn wages, that will, in turn flow back into the local economy as they provide necessities for their loved ones.
