I am a 46-year-old mother of 5. I have been in school for years taking the necessary steps to attain my RN-BSN degree. I am finally a Senior nursing student at Lasalle University in Philadelphia. I had 12 months left.  Their nursing school policy allows you to get C+, but their SEMESTER, not overall, GPA requirement is 2.75. My semester GPA was 2.66. My overall GPA was 3.22, but now it's 3.05. My final grades for the summer semester are B+ (88) and C+ (79.57).  They are kicking me out of nursing school and I have not failed anything!  I work full-time.  I have been a Medical Assistant for the past 23 years.  I have been, until recently, an A/B student. I have been invited to Lasalle's honor society.  I am an adult, life happens. And I still managed to pass my classes. Lasalle's GPA requirement does not add up. Not a sole ever said that you have to get an A along with your C+ to make the 2.75 semester GPA. I am asking for support and help to have Lasalle retain me in my Achieve Nursing class of 2023 and for them to make the semester GPA requirement 2.33 which coincides with being to have C+ for  grades.
