Please support residential neighborhoods, not overdevelopment! This is ridiculous! Greed! Pro-development city council not supporting older existing neighborhoods!

This will severely impact traffic and congestion at what is already a busy intersection.

This lot is no place for a business. We are a residential neighborhood . The traffic impact with access through the neighborhood would be unacceptable. There are residential options for this property and the zoning for it should not be changed.

I am a resident on Deblyn Ave which is used as a cut through street. This would add additional traffic on our street where vehicles consistently speed creating a dangerous situation for residents. Our streets in Brookhaven and Deblyn Park are narrow and have no sidewalks.

The lot and street should stay the way they are.

I live right across the street from the Red Barn Lot on Rembert Drive.
The only suitable structure on this nice lot is a Nice Home.
Rembert Drive cannot safely handle any more traffic.
Awaiting Traffic Speed Humps soon from the City.

Brookhaven is a great residential neighborhood that should stay that way

Please keep Brookhaven residential! This particular lot has been a problem for Brookhaven residents for many, many years.

I’m already seeing increased traffic through our neighborhood bypassing busier roads and speeding. I’m concerned about this rezoning increasing the traffic further and especially the exit from the proposed property which I understand will direct traffic onto a road within the neighborhood and not onto the more main roads. This property is better suited to remaining residential. If this property is allowed to convert to commercial I expect other similarly situated and classified properties will also apply which would further contribute to traffic within the community. Of course as a large residential tax payer, increased traffic is likely to impact my property value and those of the fellow community members as well.

This should absolutely stay residential!
