Ban on high beam driving in city

While everybody owns a four wheeler nowadays, it is really needed to make them aware of traffic rules. It is necessary that people learn when and why they should turn their high beams.
High beams are generally used while driving on highways, extreme weather and poorly lit roads.
Dear people, low beams are not to be used in city traffic. It causes serious irritation to eyes and can lead to accident. Low beams let you see about 200ft ahead. While high beams about 350-400ft. High beams let you see twice as far as low beams.
Probably because you are driving a sedan, your high beam does effect the person from other side. It's a simple traffic rule and not a burden to turn on and off the light (depending on traffic from other side). So please a kind request to everyone don't make others go blind because of your laziness, attitude and unawareness.
