I always think that we should promote government services, but the experience with India Post is making me rethink. So poor service.

Here is a briefing about my issue.

Our company "Medust Technology Pvt. Ltd." (CIN: U74999WB2017PTC220595) is registered on 13 April, 2017 and our PAN card supposed to deliver on 1 May and consignment no. is "EA879438248IN". But still we didn't get it as the postman(Khokon Da) of the Birati (Kolkata, West Bengal) Post Office is not ready to deliver it to our address.

Our company is already verified by the authority of Ariadaha Post Office and we have spoken with Ram Da and he sent the verified letter to Bisharpara Post Office as well as Birati, also we got a copy of our company verification letter from Bisharpara Post Office. Here we have attached the copy of the firm verification letter. But Birati postman is saying he will not deliver the speed post to our address.

Now authority of ariadaha post office is saying us to change all our address in all our company related documents, as birati postman is not obeying the process. But we have already invested so much money and time on this. And it is nearly impossible for us to change all documents again now. Because of this issue we could not create bank account for our company yet, as we will not receive any documents.

Now we lost all hopes to get all things done. Please help me by signing this petition to raise the voice to improve the services of these government organizations. It is really disappointing to see where our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi is promoting digital India and organization like Indian Post doesn't have proper complaint system most of the emails listed on their website is not valid.

We have tried to complaint it by mail, on twitter and on official facebook page of Indian Post. They just provided a templating message (your complaint or query has been forwarded to concerned Officer/s, we will revert you soon. Regards) in reply.

Also there are many people like me have raised their issue on their official page and reviewed them with 1 star rating and their issues. But nobody gets proper solution.

It is really high time we should stand against this kind of corruption in a crucial department like Indian Post. sign the petition to make our Prime Minister aware about this kind of behaviour and poor services.

Regards,

Pradip Debnath.
