With the advent of software MNCs and various updated technologies,majority if the job market is offering jobs to students having IT background.There is very few companies that take core engineering students.Among those few,very few pay their employees their deserving salary.Employees working in core companies have to work as muc as those working in IT fields ,sometimes even more as they even have to work physically along with rigorous use of intellect.This is specially applicable to construction companies where the core engineers are paid very less compared to those working in software companies.I hereby want to bring this to the notice of every citizen of India and seek support from all of you and request the Government to take necessary steps to treat all disciplines of studies and all working fields in the same way as that of the software field.
