The U.S. Department of Labor is long overdue for raising the minimum wage for its hard working American citizens. The needle hasn’t moved on this issue since 2009, it is now 2022. Temporary government checks is not going to solve this problem. The cost of living has gone up while the minimum wage that would allow you to be able to afford these things has stayed the same. This is crime on every household living in the United States to be working full time around the clock and still not be able to barely provide enough to make ends meet.Now is the time to change this.
