Paul Guenther’s roster is not chock full of Hall-of-Farmer’s, but they are not as bad as their performance. They consistently seem confused, out of position, and without cohesion. Guenther seems like a great guy, but the Raiders need a great DC.

Please give Marinelli a mix of DC duties, or replace Guenther with literally anybody else.
