Most Claimants  will confirm that we have NEVER experienced ANY of these so called "CARE VALUES" I think none of the staff at RAF even know what it means. Or how to spell it.

Most of us get treated with nothing but DISS-RESPECT. Our complaints fall on deaf ears and incompetent staff. Our emails go un-answered. Not for days, not for weeks, but for months and months.

We are SICK AND TIERED of hearing year after year after year of the CORRUPTION, MISS MANAGEMENT and problems in RAF and NOTHING gets done!!! RAF have the worst reputation, service and invoice and reporting systems. How the auditor General allow this with public funds is beyond all of us.
