Cerphe Colwell is a radio rock legend here in the DC metro area. He started at WHFS but has been on several stations here.He helped us discovered many new bands/aritsts in his time on the air most notably Little Feat and Bruce Springsteen. He continues to this day online. Please help to recognize this legend and sign the petition. Thank you.
