Greetings Radford!

With increasing COVID cases trending in both our schools and city at large, and the affects of Delta on children still unfolding and ultimately unknown, we need a synchronous option taught by Radford City Schools teachers for our children. Many families are not comfortable sending their children to school in a pandemic for a host of reasons (no vaccine available for children under 12, non-mitigation practicing families who have children in the schools, immunocompromised children, ect.). 

Unfortunately, the existing alternatives for educating our children are either unavailable, non-user friendly, or highly problematic and complicated for many parents. We know our teachers in Radford are the best and we all want the best for our children!
