Victorians have spent most of the year in lockdown. RACV thinks it’s fair that Total Care members pay the full renewal of $270 when we are only able to travel 15km or less unless for work. Most people are working from home, so why is this not taken into account?

RACV should be giving a pro rata discount for the lockdown periods as no one is going anywhere that this cover would be applicable to them. Upon receiving my renewal I asked that the operator check if there is something that could be done and was told no. Hardly fair to charge customers full price for a service that they cannot currently utilise.
