Petitioning Rachel Tanon

Freedom for Pigeon Forge's Gatorland Alligator

Gatorland in Pigeon Forge is a tourist T-Shirt store much like any you'd see. The difference with this shop is that they attract their business in with a large "LIVE ALLIGATOR" sign above the entrance. This may not seem like a terrible idea, until you see the 'exhibit' this living creature lives in. The exhibit this alligator lives in is no more than a few feet in length and width. It's dimly lit. There is no stimulating environmental features. Essentially, this company got a hold of a baby alligator and put it in an aquarium very comaparable to that of a fish bowl. Help us to free this living creature, and have it taken in by a rescue where it will receive the care and compassion it deserves. This is a living being, not a tourist attraction to help sell T-Shirts.
