Campaign of Compassion to end Chronic Homelessness in Napa County. Please join us to urge our local leaders to take action now.

On January 26, 2017  Edward Scott Magnuson who was  a 49 year old long time homeless resident of Napa died on the street in 44 degree weather with barely any clothes on.

On February 19, 2017 Richard Gordon Strause 68 year old another well known transient man died in the cold in his approximately 42 degree weather in his mini van next to river at the Seascouts building.

Napa County and City are currently working on a Housing first model that will take place in the future in a couple of years and start piloting at some point this summer but OUR HOMELESS COMMUNITY NEEDS HELP NOW!

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION AND SHARE AS A SIGN OF SOLIDARITY AND SUPPORT TO URGE OUR COMMUNITY LEADERS TO TAKE ACTION NOW WHILE IT IS FREEZING COLD, SHELTERS ARE FULL, PEOPLE HAVE ANIMALS,LIVING UNDER BRIDGES, LIVING IN ENCAMPMENTS THAT ARE GETTING WASHED OUT DUE TO FLOODING AND LIVING IN CARS. OUR HOMELESS COMMUNITY SHOULD NOT BE DYING IN OUR STREETS AND LIVING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

Please join us in this movement of Compassion to end Chronic Homelessness In Napa County Now.
