David Kirshner started this petition to Rabbinic Community

We are a diverse group of rabbis inspired by congregants, and frustrated at the dearth of Jewish unified voices in the wake of black men and women being killed in our country.

We represents communities from across the nation. We are men and women, Reform, Orthodox and Conservative and serving in varying capacities in the Jewish world.

We hope to let the black community know they are not alone. We want fellow rabbis, congregants, civic leaders, change agents, community members and lawmakers to know that the history of Jewish black relations should propel us today to stand up, demand justice and help shape real change for our shared world. Enough violence against black men and women! Enough inequality!

If you want to add your voice to our outcry and your feet to our march, please add your name below.
