The Queensland Government allegedly acted on the advice of the Queensland Chief Health Officer, Dr Jeanette Young, in terms of lock-downs and border closures related to the Covid-19. These actions have had extraordinary impacts on the lives of many Queensland and Australian families, including increasing mental health problems, increased family violence, family breakdowns, financial stress and the collapse of thousands of Queensland small businesses. 

The Queensland people have a right to know what the health advice was that Dr Young provided to the Queensland premier.

This petition demands that the Queensland premier publicly release all emails and other correspondence provided by Dr Jeanette Young related to these lock-downs and border closures by 30 August 2021
