For the past few years we have had nothing but trouble from this drug addict neighbour its all on record and now hes threatening neighbours . I myself have had threatening letters through my door and council do nothing this person has also walked into my house while I was asleep and nothing gets done hes snapped keys in the front and back door resulting in us having no access to our houses he has also snapped his key in a neighbours door resulting in an emergency locksmith on a Sunday being called out and latest event he tied a neighbours door closed to bannister and posted threatening letters saying about poking there eyes out resulting in them having to stay elsewhere that night and yet housing association do nothing . I called the housing association and asked them on instruction from police that I want them to register him as a anti social tennant. They let this drug addict terrorise us . I'm left with no other option but to start this and my neighbours are in agreement with me . We need this tenant moved out to restore our community to the way it has been for years
