We, the undersigned residents of Queens Harbour Villages II, are in agreement that the commercial building proposed to be built on the empty lot located directly in front of our community club house and between Buildings 24 and 19 should NOT be built. We strongly feel that this building would negatively affect our community in numerous ways. For example it would open our community up to unwanted traffic and non residents such as customers, vendors, employees, construction w, subcontractors, etc., and we wouldn’t be able to do a thing about it. Many of us will have our quality of life permanently and negatively impacted if this building is built in this location. Also, there will be property values that will most definitely decline.

We therefore request that you reconsider this idea and build your commercial building on a piece of land that is more suitable for businesses. We sign this petition because we care about our community, our safety, and our homes.
