Konstantin Papas started this petition to Queen's-Cornell EMBA students 2023

Many of us have multiple reasons in the current context of this pandemic which evolution is completely unforeseen to be allowed to attend the residential sections of the Queens Cornell EMBA 2023 class remotely.

Some of us have pre-existing conditions which do not allow us to take the vaccine, some of us are concerned about transmitting covid-19 to our loved ones despite vaccinated given the sizeable rate of covid cases in the vaccinated population in the last several months.

Some of us feel that we are being put at risk by being forced to attend in person.

We feel that given the success of the program remotely last year those individuals should be accommodated especially considering the effort they have put to arrange this program with their workplace and put in two months of work and effort in it.

We request that our voices are heard and that both schools end this discriminatory policy. We value our teams and do not want to let them down by being forced to leave by the school's administration.

This is not about science or keeping people safe. It's about politics and reducing the university's liability which to any outside observer seems unfair and dishonest.
