This petition asks for the Resignation or Recall of Ken Nussear as a Board Member of Quail Valley Association due to unapproved activities as a Board Member utilizing Association resources to engage in alterations to Association structures (Laundry Room). Ken Nussear failed to procure a Riverside County Permit for these structural alterations. .

One of the leading complaints against Ken Nussear is his lack of concern regarding Association Members input regarding this change which significantly alters the preferred member access to the Laundry Room and impact to air flow which substantially reduces the comfort when doing Laundry. Our Members deserve more respect regarding changes made to Quail Valley facilities which impact the comfort and livability of our Park. This was a needless expense to the Park and diverted Park maintenance staff from other scheduled projects.
