Electronic voting using a third party HOA specific online voting platform allows more complete representation of all owners in our community. Owners can vote on important issues or new board members from home using an inexpensive, secured, impartial and tamper proof  voting platform. This would eliminate the need for proxies or the mass collection of proxies and allow your individual vote to be recorded from the privacy of your own home. Please join in requesting electronic voting in an owner special meeting so that our association may consider moving forward with this more preferred method of community voting.
