For over 20 years, the Hiller Aircraft Corporation has failed to support existing operators in the areas of:

- Good communication with the customer.
- Solid general customer support.
- Parts supply to meet the industry demand.
- The availability of critical components, such as main rotor blades.
- Manufacturing a quality part, free of defects.
- The approval of modern techniques and lubricants to service the helicopter.

Because of this, very few operators will deal with Hiller Aircraft anymore and are losing hope to continue operating UH-12 helicopters into the future. We are respectfully, but desperately seeking a change of management and direction of the company in order to continue operating Hillers.

There are very few aircraft that can compete with the robustness and performance of a Hiller. Let’s change the management and build a solid relationship with the factory again. Without the factory support, there is no future for the Hiller operator. Without the relationship with the Hiller operator, there is no future for the Hiller factory.
