A regular school day at Quincy High School starts at 7:45. Me and most of the students agree that it is way too early and it’s almost impossible to achieve sleeping the 7+ recommended hours for teenagers with the addition of sports and work and hobbies. Students are also increasingly tired which DECREASES performance in basically everything including academics and sports. The vibe at QHS is so negative and depressing because everyone is just so tired and also hungry because a lot of people don’t have the time to eat breakfast as well.
