The horrors of police brutality have lingered in our society for years upon end. More recently, we have seen people take a stronger stance against police brutality following the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Daunte Wright, and many other innocent figures. When these killings occurred, immediate action was taken by the people of the United States. People took the streets forming protests against police brutality as well as movements specifically supporting the Black Lives Matter movement spread across the nation. However, we are approaching just about two years  since these killings have taken place, and the protests have stopped. It almost feels as if the fight has stopped.
