There are limited physical activities available outside that promote healthy living and exercising for teams and individuals, but this can be made available by putting up walls in the parks designated for playing handball and paddleball. 

It is an activity that is beneficial for persons of all ages, it is fun, sociable, and an improvement to your health as an exercise regime. Paddleball is an easy way to improve your health it requires the work of your entire body while being a fun activity to participate in.
