I believe that my bids for the Surfside Pier have been overlooked. I have been in the industry for over 9 years and have/have had 2 successful ice cream shops throughout the years. When my Painter’s location was demolished, the citizens of not only Horry County, but majority of them from Surfside asked for us to relocate to the Surfside pier. Although we have the same name and product, my bid was not selected. This petition is set up to ask Surfside Town Council to reconsider my bid for the Surfside Pier and to allow us to be apart of the negotiations.
