At the time I am creating this, the current Mega Millions jackpot is up to $1,350,000,000. Does anyone need to win so much money? I say NO. I believe there should be a cap on the jackpot. 

Once the cap is hit, all the lower place prizes should be increased proportionately. This will give more people an opportunity to win.
