In Boulder, The Police give out $100 camping tickets for sleeping at night anywhere on public land within the City and on Open Space.

This makes sleeping a crime, and with the homeless shelter in Boulder closed for six months of the year, homelessness is virtually a crime.

Tell the City Council of Boulder through this petition that homelessness should not be a crime by criminalizing the right to sleep on City and Open Space land in Boulder.
