House prices are up ⬆️ interest rate is up ⬆️ Rents are up ⬆️ and is more than what people can afford and the landlords can raise the rent prices us much as they want in the state of Colorado, please governor Polis please put a cap on rent prices, we need workers that can afford to live in Colorado, many people are not able to buy a house in this moment and now the same people can not afford to pay rent, this is unsustainable!!!
