Gaming is an expensive hobby, some people are spending over $2,000 on a setup. That's when people turn to console for a cheaper more relaxed option. Companies like Microsoft and Sony have noticed this and provided cheaper options for their consoles, now they are being bought in bulk and sold for way too much (scalping). There is no option for a new gamer or people with a lower budget in Ontario. Putting a ban on scalping will ensure there is a option for new gamers and people on lower budgets.
