PursuitSAFETY Reaches Out to Federal Trade Commission & IC3

PursuitSAFETY

Jul 7, 2016 — In both complaints (FTC & IC3), Candy Priano stated, "... we are not aware of any other advertising for profit that makes fun of a crime that turns deadly for so many law-abiding, innocent people and police officers."

On behalf of PursuitSAFETY, Candy Priano filed two complaints July 5, 2016, requesting the removal of Toyota USA's Prius police chase ads from the Internet. She registered a complaint via a phone call with a representative of the Federal Trade Commission. FTC Complaint #74010613.

At the encouragement of the FTC representative, Priano filed a second complaint, also on behalf of PursuitSAFETY, with the Internet Commission on their IC3 Complaint Referral Form to the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

While filing these complaints are an important and necessary step, increasing the number of signatures on our Remove Chase Ads Petition is equally important. Please help us spread the word to others and ask them to sign our petition at this link: http://chn.ge/29CydUe Thank you!
