I am a Building Designer from Rupnagar (Punjab). I am doing Building designer job with qualification I.T.I. and diploma in civil engineering. I am expressing my problem on the behalf of PUNJAB BUILDING DESIGNER ACCOCIATION. In all punjab region BUILDING DESIGNERS are in trouble because of negative thinking of PUNJAB GOVT. Coming on my main point for what I am here to get help from punjab and citizens of the country, previously in the Building Bylaws 2015 "The Punjab govt." allows the I.T.I. and Civil Engg. Diploma holder to make and submit the building maps for the approval from the Municipal Councils. We get Registered Licence numbers from the Punjab Govt. under the category  of  "B Class Building Designer" But now "The Punjab govt." changes the Building Bylaws as "Building bylaws 2018" and in this bylaws Punjab govt. has removed the I.T.I. and Civil Engg. Diploma holders for making maps and signing them. They have taken our rights to make maps and submit them for the approval. Only the B.arch, diploma in architecture and B.tech (Civil) holders are given the rights. We have many years experience in our technical field. With their decision approximately thousands of us "B class Building Designers" are losing our jobs and become unemployed. By this how our daily needs will get fulfilled and how will we feed our families. Before taking this decision punjab govt. should finish the posts of DRAUGHTSMAN and JUNIOR ENGINEERS from the govt. Departments and shut down the ITI 's and Polytechnic that offers these courses. We need yours support to get success in our mission. Sign this petition more and more and share it over the internet so that helpers can see our views and support our petition We want justice.
