The earlier buyers who purchased our units at the Aratre Development at Ara Damansara before January 2019 were being offered lower discounts and rebates and without the Developer Interest Sharing Scheme and free MOT. With the current offer of steeper discounts, fully furnished package, DISS and free MOT, it has devalued the price of a basic 1,010 sqft unit by at least RM47,000. This blow is on top of the initial misinformation from the developer that the opposite religious land which is supposedly reserved to build a mosque, was persistently informed to early buyers that the project is abandoned. 

We, the buyers prior to January 2019 felt that we were being taken for a ride with this double hit on the heavily discounted price.

We demand for fair compensation of the similar value offered to those later buyers.
