Pulte originally told the members of Phase 1 that there would be a construction access road when Phase 2 was underway. Recently, the members of Phase 1 have been told that there will not be an access road built and that Bigelow Drive would be the main access to the construction site of Phase 2.

As members of Phase 1, we deserve to be able to enjoy our homes now that Phase 2 has begun. However, we are not able to do this because of the constant construction traffic through our neighborhood. We cannot safely walk with strollers, dogs, kids or each other without having to dodge speeding dump trucks, concrete trucks and various other construction vehicles. The drivers have zero regard that people actually are trying to live here. Those who work at home or stay at home have to listen to the constant noise. We cannot keep our homes or cars clean. We cannot use our front porches that we know were quite the expense to add on.
