DABCO rental agency in Pullman, Washington has a long history of being predatory to the college town's students. Complaints include: unreasonable rent up charges, unfair rental contracts, regulations, and security deposits that don't act like security deposits. Leasees' abilities to combat these unreasonable mandates and gross misuse of landlord power has often been limited to google reviews. Dabco crossed a line in May 2022 by forbidding any and all guest parking-something at was previously allowed- the month that students move out and graduate. Many students' family members will be in town to help them move and celebrate students academic progress. DABCOs abuses of power is much more extensive than this but this petition seeks to allow specifically any and all guest parking in the month of May, 2022.
