Victor Cherry started this petition to Publix Super Markets and

On april 10, 2021 noble victor cherry el and kenya huston el was purchasing two items at PUBLIX STORE 0402. ROMAN DBA PUBLIX SUPERMARKET MANAGER AND JANNETTE DBA PUBLIX SUPERMARKET CASHIER denied our national origin status for no tax obligation,  United States Law - title 22, chapter 2, section 241 aa222141 not taxes backed by gold.

PUBLIX SUPERMARKET, CASHIER JANNETTE knowingly denied our no tax obligation status as moorish americans nationals. we provided her with our credentials this time we have it all on video.

PUBLIX CASHIER JANETTE took my allodial american identification and abandon her duties and post as a cashier leaving customers angry and frustrated.

Customers became impatient and started using profanity along with terroristic threats towards me and my family all because Janette abandon her duty. We only had two items,  she could have press the need assistance button or sent us too customer services.  Janette took my allodial american national identification card too a room on the side of the store without my approval or permission. After 10-15 minutes later a MANAGER dba ROMAN came we asked him the question does PUBLIX STORES have different policies?  He replied by saying no and we have that all on video. From our knowledge and from his mouth all the stores have the same policy.

He said he do not know why his PUBLIX STORE will not honor our no tax obligation status.

He said that he needed a STORE MANAGER OR ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER too authorize it.

At 6:45pm on April 10, 202- Roman was the only store manager on duty and he could have authorize it but he denied our purchase.

We asked Janette several times her name for our complaint but she was hiding it and we have that on video as well. All this discrimination and harassment is a retaliation from our complaint we made to PUBLIX HUMAN RESOURCES for the first case of discrimination of origin on JANNY JASMIN dba PUBLIX CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER on March 13, 2021. Publix Grocery Store was one of my favorite stores so me and my family is disgusted with the mistreatment and unprofessionalism from their associates at the Hallandale Store in Fort Lauderdale. They are treason because they have violated our constitution rights.
