In the last few days the Publix in Springs Plaza has removed one of the few things that differentiates them from other stores;  The Butcher Case.   We need to let Publix know that:

• We still prefer that Butcher Shop experience when choosing expensive cuts of meat.
• Cellophane wrapped meats on a Styrofoam tray with the equivalent of sanitary napkins shoved underneath them does nothing for us.
• We do not prefer purchasing meat that has been picked up and thrown back in the cases by multiple people.
• Not to mention, the prepackaged meat sections quickly become a cluster f on busy days.
