Xiaomi supported custom rom Development for its devices and their devices were widely accepted by Android and open source community. 

But recently it seems like xiaomi violated GPL. They no longer wishes to publish kernel source citing various reasons. The last update on their Github repo was on December 2021.For the last months to this date they haven't updated their existing code nor they have released source code for new devices. Keeping this in mind. We Android enthusiasts can no longer be able support xiaomi. Our humble request is to release kernel source for all devices and update previous releases and continue to support development.
