PSOB is a federal program that helps to support families when a police officer or firefighter dies or is critically/permanently injured in the line of duty. 
PSOB was filed for Officer Frank Mackall after he was medically retired from his law enforcement career due to a traumatic brain injury while on duty.

The PSOB board, the medical examiner for the PSOB board, and his own medical team all agree that he qualifies for the benefit, which would allow him to support himself for the rest of his life. 
Frank lost his home, his career, his friends and his passions from this injury - today marks the 10 year anniversary of that fateful day. 
It has been 5 years since this information was given to him that the medical team substantiated his claim, and yet they continue to stall.
