In our generation, people nowadays don't care about what comes out of their mouth anymore. Especially to some of those youths who gets used to saying colloquial or unplesant words. So, they should be informed that saying such words shouldn't be allowed for they are supposed to be learning words which are related to their studies. 

Most of those teenagers think that saying those such words make them cooler, not knowing that it makes them less of an educated person, in addition to that, saying those words isn't appropriate to their age. As for the elders must be an example to children unto not saying derogative words for youngsters nowadays like to copy what most of the elders do or say. There are also instances where children don't know when to use polite and respectful words anymore when talking to elders, especially to those who are professionals.

When saying of derogative words will be implemented specially inside the school, young and adults will be able to communicate more without having foul or disrespecting words which hurts the feelings of an adult. With that type of communication, young-adult relationship will be much comfortable for both of them.
