AN IMMEDIATE DEATH PENALTY FOR AGGRAVATED PENETRATIVE SEXUAL ASSAULT CRIMES AGAINST MINORS 

Besides providing stringent punishments for other crimes against minors, an immediate DEATH PENALTY for any perpetrators committing heinous aggravated penetrative sexual assaults against minors resulting to the  death of the victims must be PRACTICABLY  ENFORCED. Otherwise, the DELAYED-TACTICS manner in the  JUSTICE DELIVERY PROCESS will only  exacerbated the rousing tensions of the wounded souls thereby causing a much similar SECONDARY VICTIMIZATION to the deceased family.

The matter highlighted here is seeking for AN IMMEDIATE JUSTICE FOR PH WASHILA, reportedly GANG RAPED by at least 4 People, including the victim's boyfriend, and later disposed to death for good. The victim was found in an unconscious state on Wednesday morning, 2nd September 2020 at a roadside pond, gasping her every single breath and consequently expired after admitting to the RIMS ICU On Thursday afternoon 3rd September 2020 at around 2:15 pm.
