I seems that everyday Easyjet cancel flights or have flights delayed. Policy is in place so that flyers can be compensated. Easyjet refuse to pay their customers the compensation they are owed. They reject perfectly acceptable claims and are morw than happy to make up reasons why they are not prepared to pay, and they will do this in the face of irrefutable evidence. They will also use various reasons for not paying compensation, each contradicting the other. This disregard for policy law and the customer needs to be investigated and those responsible held to account.
