We, as young adults, need to know the basic but necessary factors that will play into our adult lives. Knowing how to and understanding taxes, the voting system, how to manage money, make appointments, etc. are all very things we need to know before being sent of into the adult world. We are required to take so many different classes that are not going to benefit us nearly as much as this class would. Throwing young adults into the world with no clue how to do almost anything we are expected to do as adults is just setting us up for failure. We not only want but need this class to help prepare us for the real world.
