Remove 1500 West Road Extension from Provo City Master Plan

The extension of 1500 West up to 2000 South in Orem has been part of Provo City's master plan for decades. The city is waiting for the .92 acre lot to the East of the road to be developed before putting in the road.
The .92 acres is being proposed as a single family lot with one home. The addition of the one home will not cause an influx of traffic to the neighborhood to merit the road extension.
If the road extension goes in, it will create a major thoroughfare to 2000 South/I-15 and route traffic from across the Grandview area through this area.
If we are able to convince Provo City that we don't need the road extension, this part of the neighborhood will remain peaceful and have less traffic.
